The fair that redrew the art map
Since its 2022 launch as Paris+ by Art Basel, the fair has quickly rivalled the FIAC it replaced, benefiting from the event's return to the fully renovated, historic glass roof of the Grand Palais. It brings together around 150 international galleries, from the most established to emerging names.
A week, not a day
The event runs through the whole city for a week: openings in the galleries of the Marais and Saint-Germain, satellite exhibitions, and private dinners hosted by luxury houses and collectors. The Grand Palais itself is only the peak of a far broader calendar.
A demanding international clientele
Collectors, museum curators and major private fortunes travel from around the world for this week, placing considerable pressure on Parisian palace hotels and the best tables. Places at the private preview, reserved for gallery VIPs, are especially sought after.
Getting around during the fair
Between the Grand Palais, the galleries of the Marais and those on the Left Bank, journeys follow one another all day. A chauffeur who knows each opening's schedule saves considerable time navigating central Paris traffic.
Our concierges' advice. Book your accommodation as early as spring: the best Parisian palace hotels are already fully booked for this week by June.
Planning your stay
We organise your Parisian week: a chauffeur to move between openings, a villa or suite, and easier access to private events.
