in Saint-Tropez.
Built in 2021, Villa Carlitos enjoys a breathtaking view of the village of Saint-Tropez. It is five minutes by car from the Pampelonne beaches and fifteen minutes on foot from the heart of the village.
The 687 m² main house, on three levels, opens onto the sea on the ground floor: a 74 m² living room, a dining room, two kitchens including one for staff, and a 41 m² master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. The garden level has five bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in closets, a library and games room, a gym and a hammam; the lower level adds two more bedrooms.
Next door, a 237 m² guest house has its own living space and three bedrooms with bathrooms, two of them upstairs with a sea view. Eleven bedrooms in all, to entertain generously while keeping everyone's privacy.
